Hyperhidrosis – A condition of Excessive Sweating in Human Body

How can you characterize condition of hyperhidrosis? Hyperhidrosis – a condition of excessive sweating in human body – is characterized by abnormal, profuse sweating that can affect one or more areas or parts of a human body including Armpits, Hands and Feet. These conditions are known as:
•    In Hands, called palmar hyperhidrosis
•    In Armpits, called axillary hyperhidrosis
•    In Feet, called plantar hyperhidrosis

People, including male and female from all age groups, may suffer from problems mentioned above, one or combination. Although sweating is a normal and natural process which is essential as well in order to maintain and control human body temperature but condition of excessive sweating creates problems and often interferes with daily activities.
There are some methods to treat hyperhidrosis. First way is to use Antiperspirants for treating heavy sweating. Most of the people are using antiperspirants on a daily basis. They find it easy to use and affordable as well. The types of antiperspirant-products contain aluminum salts. Apart from this method, there are types of medical treatments for heavy sweating. When antiperspirants do not, doctor may recommend one of these medical treatments, Iontophoresis or Botulinum toxin. There are several cosmetic-clinics offering types of treatments for treating hyperhidrosis. People can use internet to search for the clinics and types of effective treatments offered by expert cosmetic-surgeons or dermatologists.
